Help to repair oscilloscope Philips PM3207 (Algemeen)

Hi.
Now i have an oscillator an a oscilloscope.
I pull up the resistor 10M and put the oscillator in pin 3 and put a 24V light bulb between Bc337 and T801.
I got these photos.
I wanted your opinion.
