They are momentarily also on Ebay.de</p>
<p>For the 2N270 I can not find something yet.The AC125 may be a equivalent.</p>

<title>2N270 and OC81D transistors</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi!</p>
<p>I'm looking for OC81D transistors used for AF driver in many old UK radios.<br />
I could pay something in the £5-9 range per piece.</p>
<p>I'm also looking for RCA 2n270 transistors.</p>
<p>Here's a list I've made myself which contains radios that has 1x OC81D<br />
in them, and most of them have 2x OC81, but it's the OC81D I'm after.<br />
I'm interested in buying a minimum of 3-5 and a maximum of around 25-30.</p>
