Hi!

I'm looking for OC81D transistors used for AF driver in many old UK radios.
I could pay something in the £5-9 range per piece.

I'm also looking for RCA 2n270 transistors.

Here's a list I've made myself which contains radios that has 1x OC81D
in them, and most of them have 2x OC81, but it's the OC81D I'm after.
I'm interested in buying a minimum of 3-5 and a maximum of around 25-30.

Hello Eric,

You can order OC81D here : www.vintage-parts.com
They are momentarily also on Ebay.de

For the 2N270 I can not find something yet.The AC125 may be a equivalent.

Kind regards,

Armand
