it is handy to post a picture of the potmeter and the value, if possible.

Some of us might have the correct pot, but not knowing it is used in this particular set.

Hi there,
According to the Philips circuit diagram the value of the potmeter is 1k ohm, it is a small shaft 3mm diameter and 12mm long. The potmeter is 16 mm in diameter. I will try to include a picture .
