Ik zou eerst controleren of de draaispoelmeter zelf wel in orde is.
Dat kan je indirect controleren volgens dit verhaal uit het manual:

VI-5. D.C. OUTPUT (BU5 and BU6).
The instrument is provided with a floating d.c. output. The Lo is directly connected to the shield of the "INPUT" connector BUl.
The output voltage is proportional to the input voltage and is l V at full scale deflection, irrespective of the selected measuring range.
The impedance of the d.c. output is approx. 1 k.
