Most obvious thing I can tell: it was made by Philips. Possibly by Philips Belgium, but the exact factory can only be identified by the factory code on one or more stickers inside, or the letters in front of the serial number, if any. Another way of identifying the country it was designed in (not necesarily the country of manufacture) is by the 12NC codes on the circuit board or on the inside of the casing.
