May be something to do with a new transformer,
After production level PL08.

Sadely my unit has lost its type label , so no clue about that revision level.

See Schematics 22RH953 at NVHR.NL, That includes some production
change remarks and announcements.
Take a good look at those if they concern your particular production.

Seems like there is a higher voltage level introduced.

Could be an in between solve issue??
Some kind of step up?

Then at your schematic this PCB is connected before the bridge rectifier.
And original disconnected from transformer point 8 in your schematic.

Lights keep connected at 8 transformer.
